His creations are combined with unusual, immersive images, fixed under a silver glaze, of his great settings.

This engraved print by Louis-Pierre Baltard is based on the Elevation and Coupe plans in the Louvre Museum.
It shows a plan and two sections of the Louvre, a culturally and politically emblematic monument of the city, transformed into a museum after the Revolution.
