Delivery options
The items ordered are delivered to their recipient under the following conditions:
1. Delivery times
Delivery times vary according to the product(s) concerned, the formula chosen and the destination of the order.
Products ordered will be dispatched to the customer within the timescale announced on the Site, and in any event no later than 30 days from the day following receipt of the order.
We remind you that, except on public holidays, orders placed from Monday morning to Thursday evening are processed the following day; orders placed from Friday morning to Sunday evening are processed the following Monday.

Delivery times for prints are 4 weeks. They are made by our Ateliers d'Art and shipped by Colissimo.
2. Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary according to the product(s) concerned, the delivery option chosen and the delivery zone.
These amounts are indicated when the order is placed.
Customers are informed that they may be required to pay several delivery charges for the same order, depending on the type of product ordered.
Delivery at the point of collection in mainland France is free of charge for orders of 99 euros or more, including VAT (excluding delivery charges), with the exception of print-on-demand and non-standard items requiring additional delivery charges.
In the case of promotional operations on shipping costs, free delivery of books is prohibited in the context of online sales. If the order includes one or more books, the rate applied will be €1 (if the total amount of books exceeds €35 inc. VAT) or €3 (if the total amount of books is less than €35 inc. VAT).
3. Order tracking and delivery
Customers are informed of the dispatch of their order by an email containing a delivery tracking link.
Customers can find their tracking number in their personal account at: https://boutique.louvre/en/account/profile/by clicking on "Order details".

The Customer undertakes to take delivery of the products ordered at the delivery address indicated on the order confirmation email.
The Customer must date and sign the delivery note presented by the carrier. This dated and signed delivery note is proof of transport and delivery.
In case of absence, the Customer has a period of time indicated by the carrier to receive the parcel.
In the case of delivery at a collection point, the order will be made available at the collection point of the Customer's choice for a limited period of ten (10) working days. The order will be handed over upon presentation of proof of identity and the collection form.
In the event of the Collection Point being saturated or closed, the order will automatically be routed to the nearest Collection Point according to availability.

Please note: If the order is not collected within the specified time, the products will be returned and reimbursed (excluding delivery costs, which will remain at the customer's expense).
4. Making a return
Boutiques de musées strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. However, if you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the instructions below.
At boutiquesdemusées, you can cancel your order without giving any reason by notifying us within 14 working days of receiving your order.
Exchanges and refunds are not possible in store.

For all items (except Prints on Demand and Engravings)
To exercise your right of withdrawal for all or part of the order, simply :
Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order.
via the "return an item" option in the "Orders" tab of your customer account
via our retraction request form in the "Return or exchange an item" section of the site footer.
by e-mail or by post sent to Customer Service (contact details available here https://boutique.louvre/en/contact/ and specifying the following details: the order number, the date of receipt of the order, the product(s)/object(s) of the retraction, your surname, first name and postal address, and your e-mail address.
Then return the product(s) concerned to us within 14 working days of the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal, together with the following documents:
the duly completed returns form (provided by Customer Service or available on your customer account on the back of the invoice corresponding to the order)
your bank details if you require a refund

5. Defective or non-conforming items
In accordance with legal provisions, products are covered by the guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the product and rendering it unfit for use.
In order to assert your rights, we invite you to :
Inform us in writing of the existence of the non-conformity of the product delivered or of the hidden defect affecting the product within a short time of its discovery (contact address: contact@boutique.louvre.fr).
Then return the product concerned to us by affixing to the parcel the prepaid label (with address indicated) provided to you by Customer Service.
