Intellectual Property and Credits

The website and its contents (software, databases, texts, animated or still images) are covered by intellectual property law, in particular Articles L.112-2 et seq. and L.341-1 of the Intellectual Property Code.

Beyond private use for strictly personal purposes, the right to consult, reproduce and publicly represent the content on the website has been obtained by the publisher only for non-profit use and in an educational context. The aforementioned uses do not transfer any intellectual property rights to the content.

Apart from authorised uses, any reproduction, representation, use, provision or modification, by any means whatsoever, of all or part of the site or all or part of the content protected by literary and artistic property rights, without the prior authorisation of the site publisher and/or the authors or their beneficiaries, is strictly prohibited.
