An entirely immersive exhibition, "The Mona Lisa" combines 360° projections, sound envelopes and digital technology, all of which provide clues to penetrate to the heart of this portrait, painted in 1503 by Leonardo da Vinci, even though the original work of art is currently immobilised in the Louvre Museum. The fragile state of conservation of the painting prevents it from being moved.
The catalogue adopts a resolutely original accordion shape that allows for several possible readings or "navigations" through its contents. It never ceases to surprise the reader and to reveal the work from every angle, playing with the images and the different types of texts (essays, scientific analyses, interviews, photo novels, comic strips) of prestigious artists in the fields of comics, satirical drawings, street art, high fashion and song!
