Blandine Imberty
Blandine Imberty, inspired by the Louvre
Inspired by the Greek, Etruscan and Roman ceramics at the Louvre, screenprinting artist Blandine Imberty created the Keramos* collection.
The artist's brisk, spontaneous brushstrokes put a modern twist on the naturalistic, geometric and figural designs of antiquity. Adorning a range of tableware, textiles and paper accessories, Blandine's drawings portray the visual richness of classical terracottas, bringing a joyful splash of colour to the table. Every piece is designed by Blandine Imberty.
The paper accessories are printed in Paris; the textile is crafted in France and the ceramics in Portugal.
*Keramos means 'clay' or 'clay vase' in Greek; the French 'céramique' and English 'ceramics' are derivatives.
