A line of stationery that revisits Ancient Egypt
The Rmn-Grand Palais and the Musée du Louvre invited Papier Tigre to design a new line of poetic and graphic stationery, with stylised motifs freely inspired by iconic works from the collections of the Louvre's Department of Egyptian Antiquities.
Between modernity and figuration, this line with vibrant colours reveals the actuality of these works created several millennia ago, details and everyday objects (signet ring, spoon, bas-relief), divinities and symbols of the Egyptian civilisation (the Osiris Isis Horus triad, the oudjat eye, Anubis, Thot, Bastet), and prolongs the emotions and sensations felt in front of the works.
The range of stationery is entirely manufactured in France in the Papier Tigre workshop in Paris.
