• We only accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The items must not be worn, washed or damaged. All items must be returned unwashed, unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for limited edition merchandise.
  • If you can confirm the above requirements, please contact us to begin the return/exchange process. 
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of a return or exchange shipment, unless the return or exchange is necessary due to a fault of our company.
  • If you are returning an item for a refund or exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed by our staff once it has been delivered. Once processed, you will be notified by email. Refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear in your bank account once processed.


I received the wrong item, what should I do?

  • If your order contains an incorrect item, please contact us. Once we have verified that your order is incorrect, we will email you a link to make your return.
  • Important, if you receive an incorrect item, we ask you to send photos to our customer service for validation. Once we have received the photos and the product is found to be defective, we will send you a return form to attach to your package. Once received, we will refund or exchange the product, at your convenience.

I'm missing an article, what should I do?

  • If your order arrives incomplete, please contact us.
  • Once validated by our customer service, we will refund you or ship the missing item.

I received a damaged item, how do I get an exchange or refund?

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us.
  • In order for us to better assist you, if your item has been damaged, we ask that you send photos to our customer service department for analysis. Once we receive the pictures, we will refund your money or make an exchange.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused to a product once the item has been worn, washed or altered in any way.
