In 1721, Louis XV's favourite, Madame de Pompadour, was born. Her coffee mill, exhibited in the Louvre Museum, inspired chef Alain Ducasse to create the 1721 blend. An initiatory journey, from the discovery of coffee in Ethiopia to Brazil with the Bourbon variety, coffee of the royal court, the most cultivated in the world today, to finish in Panama with the Geisha variety, considered as the jewel of coffees.
